Review by hotel critic
During our gourmet getaway at Colbert, we indulged in a culinary journey at Chez Sergio, where French and Italian flavors harmoniously danced on our palates. This gastronomic delight was a symphony of culinary innovation, a true fusion of the exquisite French cuisine and the bold Italian flavors, mirroring the rich tapestry of tastes that France has to offer. The restaurant's ambiance was charming and inviting, setting the stage for a memorable dining experience. The proximity of other renowned eateries like Aux Provinces Gourmandes and Le Komptoir des Amis added an extra layer of excitement to our culinary exploration. Breakfast at Le Cafe Creme was a delightful affair, with a spread of eggs, cheeses, meats, and pastries that tantalized our taste buds each morning.Colbert truly embodies the essence of French gastronomy, making it a haven for food enthusiasts like myself.
